根据《广东省省级企业技术中心管理办法》和《广东省省级企业技术中心认定职能转移方案（修订稿）》，按照《广东省经济和信息化委关于组织开展广东省第十七批省级企业技术中心认定工作的通知》（粤经信创新函〔2018〕46号）要求，经省级企业技术中心认定职能承接单位广东省机械工业质量管理协会按程序审核，确认我司（中山市美捷时包装制品有限公司）在内的等214家企业（集团）技术中心通过广东省省级企业技术中心认定，均为第十七批广东省省级企业技术中心。
